All Night Truck N’ Trailer Repair: Terms of Service (v. 2026-10-31 rev 4)

1. Services and rates. Mobile repair is billed port to port at $185 per hour from 8 am to 6 pm and $245 per hour from 6 pm to 8 am (Pacific time), based on the time the service is requested. There is no call-out fee and no mileage fee. A 2-hour minimum applies to every service call. Rates and charges do not include sales tax; applicable sales tax is added to the total.
2. Payment authorization. I authorize All Night Truck N’ Trailer Repair to charge the credit or debit card I enter on the Square payment page (or, if I choose Zelle below, to receive my Zelle payment) for the 2-hour minimum, and for any additional labor time, parts or tires that I approve during the service call, at the rates above.
3. Minimum is earned on dispatch. The 2-hour minimum covers the technician’s time reserved and traveled for my request. If I cancel after a technician has been dispatched, the minimum charge may still apply.
4. My authority. I am the owner of the vehicle or equipment, or I am authorized by the owner or the company to request this service, to agree to these terms and to pay for it. The card I use is my own or I am authorized to use it for this purchase.
5. Questions about a charge. If I have a question or concern about my service or any charge, I agree to call 206-913-7631 and give the shop a chance to resolve it before I dispute the charge with my card issuer.
6. Work performed. Diagnosis and repair are performed based on the information I provide on this form. I understand additional problems may be found, and no additional work will be done without my approval.
7. Right to refuse service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including where the location is unsafe.
8. Payment by Zelle. If the shop has arranged with me by phone to pay by Zelle instead of by card, and I check the Zelle box on this form, I agree to send the 2-hour minimum payment (plus applicable sales tax), and any additional approved labor, parts or tires, by Zelle as arranged. I understand that Zelle payments are sent and received immediately and generally cannot be cancelled or reversed once sent, and that any question about a payment will be handled directly with the shop by phone. The Zelle account I use is my own, or I am authorized to use it for this payment.
9. Electronic signature. Typing my name and drawing my signature below, and checking the boxes, is my legal signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. My signature, the date and time, and the information I enter here are recorded.
